Craft Beer Bars near the Bowl

Howdy. I'm heading to the Hollywood Bowl on Monday night to see The Black Crowes and want to pregame at a craft beer bar, say between 4-6 pm. I've looked on Yelp and I really can't identify any craft beer bars nearby. Can any of you wise redditors suggest a place that might work out for me? (Bonus points for Happy Hours 😉 ) Thanks in advance!

Trying to outsmart my Irvine Co rental situation - seeking advice

I live in an older Irvine Company apartment community and have 2 weeks to come up with my plan to move apartments; proposed new lease begins on August 1. I have lived here for 2 years and will likely move out as I no longer want to live with my roommate.

I'm told that I'm sitting right at the absolute peak of Irvine Company pricing power (late July), when:

-Demand is highest

-Inventory is tight

-Pricing algorithms are most aggressive

If I do nothing, I’ll almost certainly get a top-of-cycle renewal increase—right now, looks to be about a 3% increase.

For my next move, I may move to another Irvine Company apartment community (due to preferred location), but I'd rather not stay in the cycle of renewing my 1-year lease at the peak time for renewal prices. Thus I have received advice suggesting that I should go month-to-month briefly, say until Nov-Feb, to break the cycle and get me into my next place at a time when demand may be lower, inventory more relaxed and  give me more pricing power.

This can be seen as an expensive, but temporary solution. with a goal of landing in a Nov–Feb renewal cycle.

You redditors always seem to have a good perspective on this type of thing. What would you advise in my circumstances? Also, does anyone have any perspective or insider knowledge on what type of premium I would expect to pay for month-to-month (for a few months, what kind of increase)?

Thanks in advance for your help.

TLDR: Should go month-to-month briefly in my Irvine Company Apartment, say until Nov-Feb, to break the cycle and get me in my next place at a time when demand may be lower, inventory more relaxed and  give me more pricing power?
