Need recommendations- I want everything for $700

Open to new or Refurb, but I would prefer an established source (not eBay)

None- this doesn’t need to be very portable, just from one room to another in the house. Not a concern at all.
* **Purpose**
My kid is looking to try his hand at a bunch of different things- building really small LLM models (chatbots- Ollama), some visual design work for 3D printing (openscad), visual design (Blender), and maybe even checking out game design with engines like unreal 5 (not sure if this even possible). Some other tinkering stuff like running IDEs to write scripts for Aurduino’s and Rasberry Pi’s.
I’m aware that the ‘real’ minimum spec for ANY of these might be out of scope for a cheap PC, we are just looking for something that will give him a fighting chance to try as much of this stuff as possible.

Regular Laptop
* **Intended usage**
Blender, Ollama, Unreal 5, various AI assisted IDEs
* **Desired battery life**
This is not very important
* **Please list, in order of most important to least important, the priority between Size, Weight, Performance, Battery life**
Most important - performance, reliability
Least- size, battery.
Would prefer midsize to larger screen, but this isn’t a huge priority.
