Hello,
I have been running a design business for 6 years and coming from creative background it has been a rollercoaster of gaining and loosing momentum for the studio. I am the sole operator and struggle to have a strict regime for the business side of things as I have no one to hold me accountable, so my procrastination level is off the charts. That being said the creative side comes very naturally I don't have any problems designing objects people desire I just don't have the capital to bring them to life and when I do it is usually out of pocket.
Any recommendations for being more proactive or should I just look for a business partner that can push the studio in the direction it needs to go financially? I really think bouncing ideas of someone that is more business savvy is the correct direction. Let me know your thoughts.
