Feeling lost about possible PCOS diagnosis
Now that we’ve been trying to conceive, I’m starting to realise that a lot of things I always brushed off like my irregular periods, & slight chin hair might actually be pointing towards PCOS. Back home in India, it was never really taken seriously. Since moving to the US after getting married, I honestly feel completely lost about what I’m supposed to do next.
I don’t really understand how the diagnosis process works here or what people usually go through once they start suspecting PCOS, and I think that uncertainty is what’s making me most anxious right now. I would really appreciate hearing from people who’ve actually gone through it.
