Seeking an experienced Revit/BIM UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog Migration Expert

Hi! I am seeking a Revit/BIM consultant to help a client's customers transition through a Revit/BIM UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog migration.   • Title: Migration Coordinator – Content Catalog
  • Location: 100% Remote (Must cover AMER timezones EST-PST; hours vary by customer)
  • Pay Rate: $73.80/hr W2 (NO C2C - NO 1099 - NO THIRD PARTIES ALLOWED)
  • Benefits: Medical (we contribute $$), dental and a Roth IRA
  • Education: Associate degree minimum
  • Interview: 45-min phone interview

The Role

Seeking a detail-oriented Migration Coordinator to support global customer transitions from UNIFI Pro to Content Catalog. You will coordinate and execute migration activities, manage workflows, communicate with customers, and support internal operations to ensure successful onboarding.

Must-Haves

  • Revit: 3–5 years (specifically family building).
  • Migration/Support: 5 years experience.
  • Autodesk: 1–3 years with ACC / Autodesk Docs / Autodesk Forma.
  • Ownership: Ability to work independently via instructions and own workflows from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule/lead customer intro and kickoff meetings; guide them through the timeline.
  • Collect/verify customer info and manage tasks using internal tools and dashboards.
  • Coordinate migration readiness, audits, and execution activities.
  • Monitor, track, and report progress in Salesforce and master tracking lists.
  • Partner with support, QA, and development teams to resolve migration issues.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to streamline operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong organization, communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating customer-facing operational processes or software migrations.
  • Preferred Tools: Salesforce, Slack, Airtable, or AI tools like Claude.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills (technical and non-technical teams).
