Hey! I am joining reva university cse this year. I am from navi mumbai. Is there anyone from maharashtra joining ?

I got 25 % scholarship at reva university for btech cse . They specifically mentioned my fees for all 4 years , still they asked me to pay the entire 1st sem fees ( without scholarship). Is anyone else in the same situation?
