Played a game where the optimal move is to use the blank for zero additional points.
By playing F(OB)s here, I’m threatening ELEGI(ZE) as an out in two sequence. My opponent has to block with WHEe(ZE) which still leads to a win for me.
both of us aren’t experienced enough to find these plays yet but I thought I’d share it since I saw a post recently if playing a blank for 0 was ever optimal. I guess it is in this situation? If a more experienced player could give me their input I’d appreciate it :)
