Brought my 9mm vector gen 2 out to break it in today. I ran about 450-500 rounds and had a failure once per mag. Was using Magtech 124 gr, Federal 124 gr, PPU 124gr, and winchester 115gr in the OEM Kriss 40 round mag, glock OEM 33 round, and a magpul 21 rounder.

I deep cleaned it and greased the bolt tracks with EWG before firing. I know that these issues are pretty standard with vectors, but for those of you that have had the issues and fixed them, did the BCM extractor spring upgrade kit work? If not what else did you have to do?
