Literature Review- best way to write and synthesize?

What is the best way to write a literature review as a completely novice researcher/PhD scholar? What I've been doing so far is going through the abstract and conclusion of each paper (and sometimes introduction) noting down key points against the paper's name in a Word document, and then trying to synthesize these into a coherent narrative.

Another question is my mind, what could be the best use of AI in a literature review? Can AI be used for synthesizing e.g., asking it to just synthesize or collate my points, without adding anything of its own?

Statistical Tool- Jamovi

Has anybody used Jamovi for statistical analysis of quantitative research? I know IBM SPSS is the best, but it's paid. R is another tool, but I found it's not very user-friendly, I felt like I had to code. Jamovi is free and user-friendly too. I'm using it for my term paper for my PhD, but I'm not sure if it will be accepted in academic publishing

Research Challenge

I am conducting a quantitative study on employee engagement and need 200 respondents. However, I'm struggling to gather enough responses. I'd like to understand- Is this a common challenge among researchers? If I don't reach my target sample size, will I need to drop the study? What are some effective, quick ways to boost survey responses? I've already tried LinkedIn, survey exchange/swap groups, and other similar methods.
