Advice on in-person marketing
I've been doing REP for a few years and just started my own company in a new city. I've been steadily making cold calls/Instagram DMs, etc. but have been waiting til I physically move to really put my nose to grindstone with those strategies and in-person marketing.
I got some nice brochures and business cards printed, in the next few days I plan on dropping them off at real estate offices. What kind of conversations/interactions should I expect when I stop by? Is it normally just an introduction, dropping off the cards and leaving or should I expect to have longer conversations with agents who are there? How has it went for you in the past?
