I always see these startups coming with big promises and buzzwords. After securing initial rounds of funding from various investors, They tend to rent large office space, spend big on office commodities, mass hiring etc etc, but spend on actual product/service development with the fund they got in the first place. This usually runs till they can manage to keep the funds flowing. Once the funds start to dry up and no more incoming flow of funds, the inevitable happens. Mass layoff, bankruptcy etc etc.

Why is this like in Bangladesh?
