I want to put a LPVO on my Ruger 10/22 build and there are some good deals that come with a cantilever mount for AR builds. Is it ok to use those in either direction if I need to adjust for better eye relief and my pic/1913 rail is in a different location than the typical AR build?

I assume it can, but just want to make sure before I place my order
