Anywhere around it as long as it's safe. I do gigs(deliveries for Favor, Doordash, etc.) and on the side I've been trying to further my voice acting career. Looking for someone willing to hear me yelling from time to time when I'm working on VA projects, open to having a dog around (a one year old German Shepherd), and is reliable. Must also he queer folk friendly.

Can split rent 50/50 my budget for sharing is 900 max. Hoping for a 12 month or month to month lease. I'd prefer a woman as a roommate but as long as we get along I'll be alright with anything.
