I'm 20F looking for a normal retail job, and literally no matter how much I apply online, nobody gets back to me, even if I apply on the first day the application opens. The only interview I got was a prerecorded video interview, and they didn't get back to me until I called them a week later. I have a year of experience in mcdonalds, and have multiple volunteer organizations on my resume but i dont know if thats good enough to get a job now
