This little guy was a box store salvage 4 months ago. Is still in its 4 in plastic pot with terra cotta on outside for esthetics. I’ve started fertilizer in April but I don’t see new growth. She’s right underneath the growth lamp with some indirect light. I’ve only been watering when dry
