If you need to find an apartment before classes start next semester, there’s a really nice place at Quarry Trail that l’m letting someone relet. Here’s the info:

Exact base rent: $1,092.00; combined utilities (including electricity, water, trash) - ~$52

Lease term: Fall 2026 - Spring 2027

Unit type: 4BR/4BA – B1

Furnishing status: already furnished

Move-in date: mid-August (exact date TBD)

Relet fee: one month of base rent (I will pay this, not the replacement)
