How should I split leg days?
I am a beginner, regular since 2 months and i LOVE leg day. Rn now i am following push pull leg so i do legs twice a week. Should i divide them into quad focused and glutes plus hamstrings focused days or do all the exercises on both days?
Rn i am following the latter but it’s so time consuming😭
