Waited way too long to post this update, sorry!!
I kept meaning to post this but kept putting it off. For context, I started the spray about six months before my original post. I need to be very sure before publicly saying something worked. Even then, I hesitated because this community has seen every miracle cure out there, and I didn't want to be that person.
Now, almost a year in, here's where I honestly stand. My TSH levels have stayed in a better range, which is the main thing. Brain fog has improved a lot for me. I can think clearly in the mornings now, and if you have hypothyroidism, you know how important that is. Hair shedding has also slowed down significantly. It's still a work in progress, but the trend is positive.
One thing I didn't mention before is that I cycle the spray. I do three months on and one month off. Vitamin A is fat-soluble, so I didn't want to take it continuously. The break months are interesting because around the second week, things get a bit hazier, which made me realize how rough I used to feel without even noticing.
I am still on levothyroxine, of course. My doctor knows I am doing this and said to keep monitoring my labs.
I am not trying to convince anyone; I just felt I owed an update. Almost a year in and still going, which probably says enough.
Has anyone else tried supplements in spray form instead of capsules?
