Do I even need to apply to a bunch of schools, or only the ones that I am truly interested in?

Got my DAT score back today, and I am grateful to say the least!!! I studied for 6 months, ~350 hours total using Booster.

Generally, people say to apply to 10-15 schools, but with this score... is that really even necessary? My science GPA is 4.0 and overall GPA is 3.94. The only part I would say is lacking in my application (in comparison to others) is that my shadowing hours are not insane (~160 hrs, I decided I wanted to go to dental school a year ago lol).

Also feel free to ask any questions about my study strategies/etc.

When will ADA website change your test from "In Process" to "Closed"?

Does it change to "Closed" once you get your score? I took the DATJuly 6th and it still says "in process."

Just a part of me worrying about the possibility that somehow ADA didn't register that I took the DAT even though I did lol.
