Anyone availanle for saturday night or party nearby.

Im looking for flat in janta colony.
Ive found 2 properties

1. SDC Greens
2. Gulati Residency
   Both are near buy. There are no 1bhk in sdc but its available with GR.
   Anybody leaving there? There rent are approx 20k for 1bhk but no car parking space availble.
