I currently live in a high rise studio in Gold Coast with all the fancy amenities but at the cost of paper thin walls and my mental health. I previously lived in 55 w chestnut which I loved but was a south facing unit on a high floor which got siren noises day and night (no double pane windows) but at least I couldn’t hear my neighbors :)

Looking to move and downsize rent for peace of mind. If anyone can vouch for any Gold Coast/Near North area apartments with THICK CONCRETE AND SOUNDPROOF walls between units I would be endlessly grateful ❤️💪

It’s been hard to find what feels like a “legit review” for this building! I wanted to see if there was anyone who lived here and could either vouch for this building or give a warning :)
