Im attempting to purchase a lingpower zepher but every payment option I use gets declined.

I've tried my bank account paypal and apple cash. I even had a friend try their bank account. No matter what I try the payment won't go through and I can assure there is enough funds in the account for the purchase. does anybody know what the problem/ solution could be?
