I filmed this with an iPhone 17 Pro Max, the Blackmagic Camera app in Apple Log 2 H265 and an ND filter. When panning, at the edges of the fence drawing and the tree branches, you can see a sort of stuttering or jumping. Does anyone know what causes this?”
