Got all 4 impacted out almost 96 hours ago. Recovery was solid and had a normal day yesterday. Ended up sleeping on right side, woke up with gelatwnis dark blood kind of like blood clot on top of bottom right tooth. There’s a bit of bleeding in my mouth but not too much.

Should I be concerned? Should I monitor it? This area was not like this last night as I tried to gently brush those teeth before sleeping.

Any advice would be helpful.
