Low iron causing pulsatile tinnitus?

Seeing improvement after iron tablets
My ferritin/iron levels are around 40.
After a couple weeks of taking iron tablets, I’ve already noticed:
•less dizziness/light headedness
• my pulsatile tinnitus isn’t as loud

Has anyone else experienced this with low iron or iron deficiency?
How long did it take for your symptoms to improve?

Iron levels are low!

My iron levels are at 40, after a week of taking iron tablets I’ve noticed already I’m not so dizzy/light headed and my pulsatile tinnitus isn’t as loud as it normally is!!
Could this be the reason why? Let me know what you guys think!

Pulsatile tinnitus

Hi guys I have been suffering with pulsatile tinnitus for a year now (sounds like my heart beat)
I’ve tried everything under the sun, been to an ENT specialist and they found nothing wrong with my ears, I’ve done full hearing tests, diet, sinus rinses, medications. You name it. I have low iron levels but always forgot to take iron tablets.
I got a new prescription of iron tablets last week so I’ve been taken them every day, I’ve noticed my pulsatile tinnitus has become so much more quiet and almost like it’s gone. Could this pulsatile tinnitus have been due to low iron levels this whole time? Has anyone else experienced this?
