PIV at Cova Santa or Pikes at 528 for Tuesday

Torn between two massive lineups on June 2nd and need some advice from the island veterans.

I want to do an open-air hillside day-to-night party instead of the usual massive commercial superclubs.

On one hand, PIV's Opening at Cova Santa has Prunk and Archie Hamilton, so I know the continuous minimal/tech house groove will be locked in all night, plus dancing in the cave later is legendary.

On the other hand, Pikes Presents at 528 Ibiza has an incredible diggers' lineup in the garden with Sonja Moonear, Gene On Earth, and Dr. Banana. The musical variety and vinyl gems there sound crazy.

Which venue/party is delivering the better overall vibe and crowd right now? I'm looking for a solid crowd that's actually there for the music, not just phone-filming.

What would you pick? Thanks in advance!

How to find spacious house music events over commercial crowds?

Hey everyone,

Trying to figure out the venue landscape and hoping to get some insight from regulars on how to navigate the different club vibes.

I’m looking exclusively for true house music (deep, vocal, or melodic house) but want to completely avoid the massive, wall-to-wall commercial crowds and anything pushing heavy techno.

When looking at a map of saved spots, there seems to be a massive contrast in venues, and I’m wondering how they actually compare in terms of breathing room and music quality:

The Mega Venues: Is it even possible to enjoy a good house set at massive spots like Ushuaïa, , or Amnesia without being completely suffocated by the crowd, or are they a skip if you don't like packed commercial spaces?

The Intimate Spots: Are smaller, more character-driven venues like Pikes, 528, or Club Chinois a significantly better choice for someone who just wants to dance to proper house music with a bit of space?

Would appreciate any thoughts on which venue styles offer the best experience for proper house music without the overwhelming crush of people.
Cheers!
