Cleaning the inside of my dishwasher - help!

What is this residue all over the dishwasher? How do i clean/prevent it? Once a year I take everything out and give it a good scrub but it comes back with a vengeance so quickly.

Often have similar residue left behind on plastic utensils/tupperware etc.

IT's an electrolux dishwasher, and I live in London where the water is quite hard. Any tips?

Update: Using Fairy pods platinum plus, have not put salt in the machine. Also I occasionally (every couple months) run with one of those dishwasher cleaning bottles, not sure the brand. Last time it didn't make much of an impact! But if there's a specific brand that works well I'm open to trying again!

New to Freediving

Hi there! I am a very experienced swimmer thinking about trying freediving. I love open water/lap swimming, duck diving, snorkeling and just generally being in the water.

I have done a few scuba dives and it was super cool, but I found all the equipment a bit restrictive... I was thinking it might be a good next step to explore freediving...I basically just want to be able to spend more time underwater and go a bit deeper. I can equalise okay but feel like I have to do it pretty constantly. not sure what depths I've been to at this point but on a boat trip I was always the one who would go diving down to retrieve stuff that got dropped - maybe 10m?

I don't live in a city with a lot of nice water access so I'm not expecting to make it a proper ongoing hobby at this point but would love unlock a bit more! I have a holiday in Bali coming up in August and thought it might be a good opportunity to take a course.

Basically just asking for advice on trying something out! I'm seeing a lot of different course types, which is best for what I'm looking for? Any recommendations in Bali?
