Final run of C25K, W9, R3i did
I did it! What a journey!
It felt rewarding to get to the end of the training and stick to it, even when it was challenging 🏃🏽♀️

This run was done the day after my first run of week 9 - I don’t usually run on consecutive days but it was a tough day so wanted to destress….
Legs were of course heavy but wasn’t too bad. I wanted to try something different so chose to do my run at a park….
I’ll be taking a couple of days to recover before the final run - will be doing some mobility, stretches and upper body strength work
Made it to the final week of C25K! I never thought I would get this far, especially as an asthmatic. Although I did have some running experience prior, I wasn’t training with intention, rather doing runs on a whim without any structure. I’m excited to see where I go from here 🏃🏽♀️
This run felt a little easier than the last run, but after 20 minutes it’s definitely a mental game! Wanted to stop many times but I didn’t. Very proud of my progress 🏃🏽♀️
A morning run….weather was warmer so slightly a little more challenging, but got it done!
Another run! Not too bad, legs felt not too heavy, breathing also okay. The key is pacing, building up speed gradually. 🏃🏽♀️
