Attorney recommendations in Frederick
Received a summons (small claims) from our HOA. Without notice (to us) the fees were increased 17 months ago and their lawyer filed suit for dues + interest + court cost + lawyer fees (extra $300+). Looking to consult with a lawyer on whether or not it is worth it to go to court to avoid paying the extra fees.
