KYC/Identity Verification Conflict: Shared PC Issue - Ticket #13478098
Hi everyone, I’m currently facing a frustrating issue with the FACEIT KYC process and I’m hoping someone from the support team or the community can provide some guidance. The Situation: My brother and I share the same computer. Due to a browser session overlap, I mistakenly completed the identity verification (KYC) on my own account instead of his. Now, his account is stuck and cannot be verified because his ID is already linked to my account. The Problem: I contacted support, but they simply replied telling me to delete my account and wait 25 days. Deleting the account does not solve the underlying KYC data conflict, and I’m essentially locked out of verifying the correct account. I am not asking to delete an account; I am asking for a manual reset of the identity verification status so that we can both have our accounts properly verified with our own IDs.
