3 weeks post op ACL + LET, what to expect from the next few weeks? Advice for continued progress?

Hi all… I’m 3 weeks post op from ACL + LET procedure (40 F in good shape). This is my first major surgery and it’s hard to know what to expect week by week.

According to my PT, I have good extension (0 degrees and working on hyper extension) and good flexion (120 on my own). I do my exercises every day and get get my quad to flex (although I wish it flexed more).

But I’m still on crutches.. and I’m frustrated by the swelling and not being able to walk normally yet.

I thought by the 3 week mark.. I’d feel a bit better than I do, so I’m trying to reset expectations.

I know everyone’s journey is different.. but I would love thoughts on:
- What did you all experience post week 3?
- What advice or learnings do you have from your experiences that really helped accelerate your progress?
