I've got a new Fanuc Robodrill with a 31i-Model B5 Plus controller, and I noticed that when importing programs from a USB drive to the onboard Data Server via the NC Operation menu in edit mode it takes several minutes to upload even just a 5MB program, let alone our bigger programs at over 15MB.

This is probably a question my MTB could answer, but I figured I would throw it out to you all. I would have thought that a brand new machine in 2026 would upload files just as fast as my when I copy it from my computer onto the USB drive, but that very much does not seem to be the case.
