HOW DO I SURVIVE THIS!

Good morning everyone

I am writing today as I am (22F) experiencing one of my more worse flare ups. I have dealt with eczema since I was a toddler. My mom used to have my wear socks on my hands to stop me from scratching my skin raw.

Last year I had a severe flare up and ended up using Sarna (the one with cooling) which helped me A LOT! Along with a dermotologist recommended bleach bath. But this flare up has been pretty bad and I am open to trying other suggestions.

To just describe these symptoms --

I slept ONE HOUR last night due to my skin feeling like it's crawling with ants and on fire AT THE SAME TIME! Usually my flare ups are isolated to my legs and feet. But this flare-up has extended to my face, neck, arms, legs, EVERYWHERE! And it's lowkey driving me mad. Anyways this was kinda a rant about how awful it's been as I feel like only you guys would understand this struggle. I blame this on the beautiful (but hot and dry) weather we have had recently.

What do you guys recommend BESIDES an oatmeal bath (which at this point I might consider trying)?
