Found cut up plastic in my taco — is this suable?

So me and my partner doordashed some late night Taco Bell, everything looked good and sealed. Dasher was kind and quick.
I bite into my chalupa Taco, I’m not exactly paying attention because we were watching a movie. Suddenly, it feels like I have a razor blade in my MOUTH. I take my phone out to look, and it’s this giant piece of jagged cut up plastic. It cut the corner of my mouth. I was disgusted, because how could someone over look this. I would understand if it was like a small cup lid (not acceptable but still.) no, it’s like this large plastic!
We refunded the order, and door dash gave us a full refund and the store was notified. Still I am in horror as this has caused significant emotional distress for me because I have food contamination OCD. Taco Bell has always been my “safe” food and my comfort food.
How should I precede if I want financial compensation? I have photos of everything and if the comments allow I will post (not sure if that advised legally.) Anyways thanks for reading ( :
