Kassandra running faster than explosions

In the Palace of the Kolossi, she has to run faster before the explosion catches up with her. It's a mandatory cinematic, so it's part of Kassandra's lore.

Kassandra started with a 7m advantage ahead of the explosion and was never caught, so at a minimum she would have to maintain a running speed of 1,235 km/h (27.6 times faster than Peak Human). That's the bare minimum, since the ISU device far exceeds that power.

Besides speed, Kassandra obviously has great durability since she was never injured (lungs, ears, etc), and the explosion never unbalanced her (her feet never slip, and her legs never lose their stride either).

Naturally, Ubisoft or any other company will show their characters running at those speeds without making it cinematic, since basically no one would be able to see anything while playing. That's why in gameplay she runs at around 24 km/h, to balance the game (like Bayonetta, Cloud Strife, Dante Sparda, and other absurdly fast but gameplay-limited characters).

How many of Kassandra's feats in Atlantis can truly be attributed to her?

With the whole thing about it being a simulation of Aletheia and several ISUs, in addition to Kassandra's own interpretation, I always wondered about it. From Kassandra's point of view, did she experience the true power of the mythological gods? She believes she is facing deities, at the same time as ISU.

There she can defeat Cerberus, Hades, and other ISUs powered up by Artifacts, defeat the mythological Heracles (since AC2 we know he existed and completed the twelve labors according to Subject 16's Glyphs, Clay Kaczmarek), literally run faster than explosions like in the Kolossoi Palace, to match Hermes in speed. In addition to acquiring Knowledge, which is the same way the ISU see the world and their calculations.

She even single-handedly defeats the Hecatonchiro, who was a threat to the ISU and everyone in Atlantis.

Aletheia herself says that even though they are simulations, that doesn't make them any less real, and we know that it's basically a higher quality animus.

What do you think? Is it fair to attribute those feats to Kassandra, or does the fact that it's a simulation invalidate it? Is it less realistic than what they experience in any other Animus?

What do you think are Kassandra's best physical feats?

Obviously there are great feats like defeating Heracles (supposedly for Odyssey he is the mythological one, it even mentions that he uprooted the biggest trees he found while he was dying to make his own funeral pyre).

Kassandra can stop in its tracks the attacks of Brontes, who perhaps weighs between 1/3 tons and measures about 4/5m.

She withstands impacts that destroy the thick ground she stands on, falls several meters, and gets up to fight and defeat her enemy as if nothing happened.

Her punches literally destroy giant tree trunks and rocks lying around.

Kassandra can launch her Spear of Leonidas at about 240km/h (for the time it takes to reach its target at about 26m), and she runs at 331km/h to get there before the Spear hits the enemy (you can see her shadow there before the Spear appears). From the player's point of view, she quickly advances 23m and waits for the Spear to hit the Soldier.

Obviously there are other interesting things like her kicks creating shock waves (funny because it reminds me of Albert Wesker), and also her whole body has to withstand that kind of pressure so it's no small feat.

In your opinion, what are Kassandra's most impressive feats in Odyssey?

Do you think Kassandra has the potential to be her own Assassin's Creed sub-franchise?

You already have a character that can span different periods and eras, spinoffs, comics, sequels, animated series (or add her to an existing series). They could even explore different video game genres with her, such as Rogue-like, Souls, etc.

Kassandra already has at least one recurring character, Aletheia, with whom you could explore new types of artifacts or new threats more dangerous than an ISU, etc.

What do you think? Do you believe she can transcend Odyssey even more than she already has?

Kassandra (Assassin's Creed) vs Resident Evil, who is the strongest opponent she can defeat in close combat?

Both sides in their prime, Kassandra with Spear of Leonidas and Staff of Hermes, and Resident Evil up to the events of Requiem.

How tall do you think Aletheia is? She's only 11.2% taller than Kassandra.

Kassandra's various heights represent different things: 157cm is a historical Spartan woman, 172cm is the height of Melissanthi Mahut, 183cm is Kassandra's standee on the Ubisoft Store (although it doesn't say "life-size" as it does in the case of Arno Dorian), and 198cm gives Aletheia the 50cm difference that the ISU population and their guards supposedly have, with an average height of 170cm for humans.

157cm for Kassandra gives us 174.5cm for Aletheia (which would make her shorter than most protagonists, and average in the world).

172cm for Kassandra would give an Aletheia of 191.2cm, which would be shorter than Connor Kenway (193cm according to the AC3 manual), and Yasuke (204cm according to marketing documents, there also appears Naoe at 172cm).

183cm would give us a "normal" height for Aletheia of 203.4cm, but curiously she would still be slightly below Yasuke in height.

Kassandra's height of 198cm would give an Aletheia of 220.1cm, which coincides with the descriptions that Valhalla and Unity (Database: 15. Precursor Memo) give to the representations of the ISU and the guards that accompany them of 20in (50.8cm), assuming a height that popular culture associates as average to be 170cm.

The NPCs in Odyssey are tall because Alexios' body was used for them; basically, Ubisoft gave them protagonist proportions (albeit of lower quality, obviously). So it's not fair to say "if Kassandra were X cm tall then she should be a giant in Greece" because that would be oversimplifying things.

"This bodyshape is also reused as one of the multiple shapes available for npcs we have in the game".

This is how Alexios' body is described (Artstation), while Kassandra had a body made in a different way.

Don't criticize me for showing my boredom and giving it purpose.

In a potential Odyssey Resynced, what changes would you like to see?

What I would like to see is an adaptation of the novelization of the game, since that's where the events that really happened in Kassandra's life are.

In the current Animus, Layla does not exist, so the entire simulation (mythical beasts, powers of the spear, her participation never happened). She can no longer misinterpret the events that Kassandra went through. Kassandra spent a whole year in the prison of Athens, fought in a battle of more than 17,000 soldiers in Megaris (for several months, like the one in Boeotia), plus time participating with Phoibe and other secondary characters, Deimos is truly a villain, the torture that Kassandra suffered, Pythagoras spent 3 days talking with Kassandra, she competes in three disciplines at the Olympics, etc. Basically Kassandra's life, not just another simulation.

That means there would be no dialogue options, no RPG system, etc. And hopefully there would be motion capture since they would only focus on Kassandra and not re-record every scene and dialogue for another playable character, naval battles, and of course preserve and improve the Arena, some kind of Hideout and more.

What would you like to see in your dream Odyssey Resynced?

In what era would you like to see a sequel to Odyssey and Kassandra? (Artwork by Jove999)?

Optional question: Would you like her to interact with other familiar characters, or would you prefer a standalone story about her?

Kassandra is 196cm (6'5") tall, according to comparisons of her model with other characters.

According to the Wiki, ISUs are 50cm (20in) taller than humans, and using the average height of 170cm (5'7") they would measure 220cm (7'2"). Regardless of the height you want to give an ISU, Kassandra never looks 50cm shorter than them.

We also know that Eivor is 183cm (6') tall, following confirmation from Darby.

I avoided comparisons by using cinematics and face-to-face conversations because legs are rarely seen and the camera is always adjusted so it doesn't look strange on screen.

Even her statue in Shadows is that height if you compare it to Yasuke who officially measures 185cm (codex)

Kassandra (Prime) faces off in a fight against the protagonist of the last video game you played. How well does she do?

The only rules are that she does not have access to the benefit of immortality, but she does have the other effects of the Staff of Hermes and Spear of Leonidas.

And, that the protagonists she faces are also in their prime.

Honestly, do you think Kassandra in her prime could defeat several AC protagonists at once? In melee combat.

Obviously everyone is in top condition and has access to their ISU Artifacts, just like Kassandra.
