Yeey! I got it! But…

Last night around 19:00h started running and did in total 15km distance (easy run).
Went to sleep, and got sleep score 100 (in apple health)

Quick stats:
Deep sleep ~30min
Rem ~1h 30min
No wake ups
Total sleep ~8 hours

I don’t feel rested as my resting HR was higher and HRV was lower during sleep (no surprise there due to late long run)..

also:
Bevel tells me that I did not get good sleep (reflects correctly how I feel).
Auto Sleep tells sleep efficiency 100% but sleep rating 83% (also reflects correctly how I feel).

So, observing my sleep lately within 3 different app, and I can say that apple health is worse.
Bevel and Auto Sleep seems to get it better.

Anybody got some other comparisons? Or is it apple health sleep tracking weird only with me?
