Somebody please help me find what is causing this error? Which error is causing the fault

Hey guys, I’m troubleshooting a Mazatrol Fusion 640M control that is down hard. The dual-axis Y/Z servo drive (Mitsubishi MDS-B-V2-3520) is flashing F2 37 and F3 37 (Initial Parameter Error). On the screen, I have Alarm 32 (Servo Parameter Malfunction) and Alarm 212 (Magazine Drum Malfunction).

I’ve already reloaded the parameters from a clean backup file, but the drive still rejects them after a complete power cycle. Am I missing an exact NC/SRAM memory clearing procedure to push the parameters down? Could it be a bus communication or rotary switch address issue? Any advice on getting these parameters to stick would be a lifesaver. Thanks!
