First time seeing a sleep paralysis figure
I’ve had episodes off and on for 10 years but this is the first time I saw this. I had paralysis recently where I was on my side and saw a man eye level staring at me from the edge of my bed. If I could move I could have reached to touch his face. Except it wasn’t human like and had deep, sunken, black eyes and a thin mouth. He just stared at me expressionless for what felt like forever. Then it slowly smiled at me and it’s smile went from ear to ear. He sunk into the darkness then I felt something grab my ankle and pull my leg out from my bed. Super weird because my leg was moving and I started to get dragged by my other leg out of my bed. I focused so hard to move and finally wiggled my toes and broke free.
It’s so weird how our minds create these very real feeling sensations. Im curious if anyone has had something similar.
