Yet again the pins for my OTF clasp didn’t fit the bracelet and I broke the pin trying to hammer it in. I’ve ordered replacement pieces on Amazon but they don’t fit right. Does anyone have a recommendation for what they know actually works?
Every watchdives experience where I’ve had to install an OTF has been bad with different issues.
Last year I tried swapping the clasp on my WD16500 and the replacement pins didn’t fit or work. I don’t remember how I did it but I got regular push pins to slot in for a mediocre solution that was super janky.
The other day I got my WD0526, but it came with a milled clasp (what is the point of even making these?) and the replacement pins don’t work.
WD talks about listening to customers but it’s been a year and they’re still shipping incompatible replacement piece parts.
For anyone who has put an OTF on their WD0526, where did you get pins that work and what dimensions? Links would be appreciated (preferably for Amazon)
It’s been over a month but they still haven’t been put up on the site. Is there a reason for this?
