

How is my workout routine?
I (22F) have been working out more consistently than before.
My goal in the gym is to loose my pooch and build muscle in other areas. I am 5'4, and 185 Ibs, and I want advice if my workout routine is actually decent, as long as I stay consistent in the gym.
My current workout routine is 5 days a week, pull, hamstring & glutes, cardio & abs, glutes & quads, and push day. (I know I don't have calves I need to work on that as well :(
any advice is appreciated. i’m tired of feeling like a chud and not seeing much of a difference in the gym. attached it my current body type.
