My psychiatrist said I need deep trauma therapy. Had mediocre experiences with my first one. I'm 19F and looking for someone who specializes with childhood abuse and sexual abuse trauma. I have Bipolar Disorder as well and am working on getting stabilized on medication. Looking for female therapists only. Does anyone have any good recommendations let me know :) I've been through the shitter I just don't want anyone who looks at me with a gaping mouth when I say something that happened to me. Let me know if there are any recommendations !
