9700/22/M/J/26 Full Answer Discussion

GUYS HOW WAS IT? Here are all the answers i remember:

So the most discussed question, the first question was capsid and (peptidolgycan) cell wall for first question for organelle absent in plants that produces spindle it was centriole CENTROSOMES will be rejected. Structure of chromosome in telophase was sister chromatids seperate and chromosome uncoils into chromatin something..

And for monoclonal antibodies letter selection, screening was the last option or was it culture medium? I put screening as the last option.

For tissue it was cartilage and for disease difficult to treat was malaria as it is caused by protist.

For heart diagram the one with most elastic tissue in tunica media was aorta (A/C) which were going to head/other organs.

pH and temperature was 7.5 and 55°C.

Capillary inner lining cell was squamous epithelium cell or maybe endothelium is acceptable idk

For why can bacteriophage therapy be used for treatment of bacterial diseases i wrote no resistance unlike antibiotics can be developed I wrote No allergy/side effects, cost effective, different strains are killed quickly, it is Specific to one bacteria. Literally yapped anything as if I was writing 0417 ICT theory paper..

Then for alveoli question, collagen secretion increases diffusion distance thus less O2 is transported.

Then cartilage function was to keep airway open and prevent bronchi and trachea from collapsing.

Why mix of monoclonal antibodies are used to kill HIV i wrote it provides artificial passive immunity so no memory cells thus multiple injections are required, they are used to kill multiple strains and to prevent HIV developing resistance, any mutation is prevented. And some other points idr.. had to yap again..

Glycine one was repeated, small amino acids allows tight coiling and formation of triple tight helix held by hydrogen bonds, covalent cross links between triple helices.

Water high specific heat capacity allows constant temperature to be maintained, high energy needed to raise temperature prevents denaturation of enzymes in blood. For the phloem sap, water dissolves assimilates and produces hydrostatic pressure gradient, enters to sieve tube at source via osmosis and leaves at sink down water potential gradient.

That's all I remember paper was weird but not that hard but not eassyy too i js don't know what was this paper genuinely about anyway hope I get 50+.. ❤️🙏🏻

Was slide L1 root or leaf? and what were the differences? I wrote arrangement of air spaces (scattered & central) and number of Air Spaces (many and one). Source of error? (I wrote markings on tubing as it was not horizontal, gas escapes). Ratio was 9.18:1 but were we supposed to round it off to 9:1? Did we have to include a column for mean time in table? Why was microorganism graph bigger i wrote it developed resistance..

Why is no body discussing it yet!!?? Was slide L1 root or leaf? What were the differences? I wrote arrangement of air spaces (scattered & central) and number of Air Spaces (many and one). Source of error? (I wrote markings on tubing as it was not horizontal, gas leaks). Ratio was 9.18:1 or 9:1? Why was microorganism graph bigger i wrote it developed resistance..
