Help!

Guys I need help! I just got my first MA job in the middle of July. Been here for about a month and I feel like nothing is sticking to my brain. On top of that I suck at rooming and remembering tasks. Is this normal for first time. I work in primary care.

New to co springs.

Hello everyone, I just moved here a couple months ago. I am looking for a park that also has a splash pad. If you recommend one that you like I’d appreciate it. Thank you.

I need

I’ve recently gotten two job offers. One is more a major hospital with more benefits and pay starts at 21.49. The other is a smaller place starting at $20.
I’m indecisive because the smaller company starts sooner and I really need the money. But it’ll be more ideal to start at the bigger company because the pay is significantly better.

I just don’t know what to do. Advice?

UchealthHiring Process

Hello everyone,

I recently was given a job offer at UChealth. I’ve always wanted to work there. I have been applying since 2024. At this point I am stressing out. I was supposed to start my new position on June 15th. My start date got moved to July 13th. The hiring process is very long and tedious and my recruiters haven’t been very communicative. To the point of telling me that they don’t know what I was asking about and saying that I must have had the wrong number when I called to confirm my original start date. I have since contacted HR, they had given me a different recruiter. I emailed them on Monday and haven’t heard anything yet. I called HR again at the end of the week, they then gave me an email to a manager. I emailed them Thursday, no answer of course it’s the end of the week and weekend. I know understand that I was being too pushy and over communicating, but I am worried I will lose this position I have been trying to get for over 2 years.

Has anyone experienced this? What should I do in the meantime while waiting for my next start date?

Anything helps!

Medication

Hi everyone!!

I just recently graduated and have just finished my externship. I already landed a good job at a top hospital starting in July, but during my externship I realized I didn’t know much about medication. Does anyone have suggestions on how I can learn more about common RX medications? I am going into primary care for adults and peds.

Is this normal?

I got my nexplanon removed on April 30th. I have been having unprotected sex with my husband. I haven’t had a full on period, but I am lightly spotting and had very small amounts of brown blood. When I looked it up it says possible early pregnancy/body regulating hormones. I have been testing often but no positive results. How long did it take for you to get your period after having the nexplanon removed, and did they change?
