Is 3oz of QF enough for a dot test?

Should it be heated to 100 and stay that way until I pour it because doesn’t it drop degrees within seconds?

I’m gonna go take my DOT test tomorrow. I’m nervous.. also will I take the P test first or will they make me do the physical exam first I don’t know how the process would go and what order.
