There is alot of misinformation in this fandom, I wanted to clear some up, one of the major ones is "blue eyes means omega" and "yellow eyes means beta" no it doesn't
● red eyes = alpha
●blue/gold = beta or omega
● blue = a wolf who has taken a life ( a innocents life as the show states)
Blue eyes do not automatically mean omega and yellow eyes do not automatically mean beta.
Omega =/= lone wolf, as stated in season 3 episode 9, scott and aiden are talking, aiden very clearly states "we weren't alphas" scott asks what they were, to which aiden replies "we were omegas, in actual wolf packs omegas are the scapegoat, the last to eat, the one to take the abuse from the rest of the pack, they were killers, I mean people talk about us like monsters, well there the ones who gave us the reputation and our alpha was the worst of them" then he goes on to talk about how they formed volton wolf killed him and went from omegas to alphas this proves that omega =/= lone wolf, it can mean lone wolf, but not always.
By shows logic derek CANNOT be a true alpha, if u take the movie as real canon then that's fine, but if u ignore it because its "innacurate" then state that derek is a true alpha then ur just supporting the innacuracy, as Alan deaton says in season 3 " its rare, something that doesn't happen within 100 years" scott was already a true alpha, derek cannot be one, there is also the fact that derek has killed before, as stated in season3ep9 by marin if scott kills he loses the potential to be a true alpha, which is why deucalion wanted to make him a killer, if he couldn't have scott as a true alpha nobody could.
Sparks, stiles is not a spark, hes not supernatural or a wizard, hes human, plain human. (This does not apply to fanfics but to people who say this is canon)
"Derek was a good alpha to boyd, erica and issac" NO HE WASNT, he literally abused them, the only good alphas in the show were scott and satomi (talia but thats debatable)
"We weren't told what deaton was" yes we were, hes a druid.
"Malia is a hale" biologically she is related to the hales yes, but she does not see herself as a hale and she doesn't call herself one either; on her legal documents she is malia tate. Tate, not hale.
