I recently suffered a fracture and have been prescribed a bone stimulator. I’ve read into the efficacy and they seem to be great devices but are strictly controlled via software or wireless verification. The devices are readily available but essentially paper weights once the treatment is over and buying a new one can be a small fortune.

So can they be hacked or reactivated? Im sure all electronic devices have backdoors. Why or why not? Is it illegal? What yall think?
