Can anyone advise on my level 3 survey report?

I've had the report back on the victorian terrace I'm buying. The property is in need of modernising and the price reflects this so was happy to do it up over 5 ish years as funds allow.

There are some issues brought up in the survey and I'm wondering if its best to pull out or renegotiate. The report brings up issues like the bathroom, kitchen, garden etc. which I don't really care about because it's livable and I expected to do some DIY/repairs. My main concerns are the chimney breast issue, the basement, and the moisture in the living room.

Also are there any questions that I should ask the surveyor, estate agent or solicitor?

Has anyone had similar issues come up in a property they purchased? Solo FTB so grateful for any insights /advice!

▲ 1 r/PCOS

Just had a disappointing appointment with the GP, who told me the only treatment available on the NHS for PCOS is the pill, and I won't get metformin because I have a child and I am not trying for another one.

I was on the pill from ages 15-29 and not interested in going back on it so I guess I'll just have to keep on with electrolysis sessions. Growing out the hair inbetween sessions is really affecting my mental health and the GP told me that she has PCOS herself and successfully had laser with top ups every 3 years.

I've read on here that laser can make hair worse, I'm worried because I have alot of peach fuzz. I also have dark skin if that affects results. Has anyone had it done successfully on the face?
