I recently had a pipe replaced in my basement which required me to have 3 ft of concrete freshly poured across my downstairs living room. I already bought flooring along with the necessary under layers. I have read that I need to let it cure for 90+ days but then read it was a minimum of 28 days.

I am not sure if the 90 days is if the whole area was replaced Or if it applies to partial replacement. I haven't tried the moisture test but what is the time frame I have to wait? I don't want any issues in the future and it's not absolutely necessary. I just am sick of not being able to fully use my basement with a side of being impatient. Thank you in advance.
