Has anyone gone through the issue of still being bombarded with ads?

I have tried adding every conceivable blocklist and while some ads are blocked, the only main thing I achieved was blocking myself from the company's fantasy league website (as it is associated with gambling).

Curious to know if you have a supreme blocklist somewhere!

P.s.: I live in Denmark and receive primarily Danish and German ads
