Pair my classic with the junior?

Have only recently purchased my classic Joe but I am absolutely in love with it. Spend so much time outdoor cooking now and plan to continue that through winter when it arrives here in England.

Question, I have plans eventually to build out an outdoor kitchen that will have at least the classic and our gas pizza oven. I was planning on having our six burner alongside however I’m not sure how much I’ll use it. I’ve seen that the Joe Junior is on offer on CostCo until tomorrow at £299. Would this be worth getting, an binning off the gas? I can sell it for about £150-£200 so in terms of outlay, won’t be too down. Anyone else have a junior + one of the bigger models?

First time cooking a pork butt

Happy with the result. Had a bit of a nightmare starting the fire the night before as there were still embers burning from a spatchcock cook earlier that day but I had to get it going then, so was a fair amount of smoke and intense fire which meant I overshot a bit and had to start the cook at 290. Levelled out about 270 when I went to bed. Woke up at 6am and internal had stuck at 170 for a few hours which I assumed to be the stall but then noticed the ambient on my probes were at 180 so had to open the vents to get up to 250, where I finished it off and had it done by 10am after a 11hr cook. Held it in the oven at 65c wrapped in butchers paper (apologies for jumping from f to c there, confusing I know) and it came out lovely. A lot to learn still as only my 4th time using my KJ Classic but I’m really enjoying it. Critique welcome! I need to use a foil tray for dripping next time and make sure not to overfill the coal basket as my deflectors weren’t sitting flush
